Bio

Connor Teschko is a dedicated and results-driven higher education professional with a strong foundation in collegiate athletics administration and student engagement. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Athletics at Delaware County Community College, Connor oversees all facets of athletic operations including compliance, game day coordination, staff supervision, fitness center management, and recreational programming.

With prior experience as the Athletics and Campus Engagement Coordinator, Connor has developed and led a range of initiatives that enhance student life, from intramural sports and wellness programs to intercollegiate athletics oversight and compliance. He brings expertise in web and stat management for athletic programs and a track record of streamlining processes that support both student-athlete success and departmental goals.

Connor holds a Master of Education in Student Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, both from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where he also competed as a student-athlete on the university’s baseball team. His early career includes key roles in sports information, student programming, and athletic event management at both Kutztown University and Lehigh Carbon Community College.

Grounded in a student-first philosophy, Connor is passionate about creating inclusive, engaging, and supportive campus environments through athletics, wellness, and holistic student development.
